Getting Started

  1. Contact

    Choose location, phone, email or walk-in

  2. First class

    wear athletic pants, t-shirt, bare feet

    We'll have a quick meet/greet and discuss physical boundaries/limits (we are a non-contact art).

    The class starts with a simple bowing-in process. After a short warm-up stretch/strengthen, we break down a few moves, basic stances, blocks, punches and kicks and how breath and philosophy meets these actions and life. You may spend some one on one time with an instructor or stay with the group. The class finishes by bowing-out. First class is Free.

  3. enroll One Month Trial Program or 8 week session for youngsters
