Previously served as Regional Examiner for Region 8 (2005-2011). 16 years National Champion in Hyung and/or Sparring. US National Demonstration Team 2001, Team Hyung Co-Champion 1997. Celebrating 32 years of dedication to the Art of Soo Bahk Do.

Previously served as the Region 8 representative on the U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation Board of Directors (2014-2019), Board Treasurer (2014-2015), Board Vice Chair (2016-2017), Board Chair (2018-2019). National Champion in Forms and Sparring Divisions individually as well as Team Form co-champion in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2010 and 2011.
