Rocky Mountain Martial Arts

Welcome to the Rocky Mountain Martial Arts website! We offer adults and children the opportunity to train in Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan, a traditional Korean martial art. Soo Bahk Do is not a sport; rather, it is a discipline and an art form. We practice non-contact kicking and punching, as our students’ safety is of utmost importance. Our goal is to develop every aspect of the self, freeing ourselves from inner conflict, and allowing ourselves to interact with the world in a mature, intelligent, forthright and virtuous manner. Providing state-of-the-art training surfaces and equipment, we welcome new students of all ages and abilities. Young children train after school, once a week. Beginning juniors and adults train separately twice a week in the evenings. Saturday morning classes are open to everyone. Choose the location that suits you, give us a call, and we’ll make it easy to get started.
